$100.00 deposit required to reserve a Single Room
$200.00 deposit required to reserve the Kitchenette
$300.00 deposit required to reserve the Suite
Refundable with full 30 day notice ($25.00 handling charge)
During 'Off Season" no deposit is required
Monthly Stays:
Call for rates and deposit amounts
Deposit + 1st month rent due upon moving in
Deposit returned within 15 days of moving out
